 Pro Med Billing performs their services based on a percentage of revenue collected.  This method insures the  goals of both companies are the same - to obtain the full financial reimbursement for services provided.  This  percentage varies slightly, depending on the size and specialty of the practice.

 What Services Are Included With This Fee?

 Our fee always includes a dedicated staff to assist you and your staff with any questions you, your practice, or  your patients may have. A database is set up specifically for you, and all your electronic claim submissions,  medical billing, and coding processes are performed for you.

 Is Professional Medical Billing LTD., INC.  HIPAA Compliant?

 Yes, Professional Medical Billing LTD., INC. upholds the highest standards and complies with all HIPAA privacy  and security regulations.

 Does PMB Provide Credentialing For Physicians?

 Yes, Professional Medical Billing LTD., INC. provides credentialing for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan,  Medicare, Medicaid, and hundreds of commercial insurances.

 Am I receiving full reimbursement for my services from insurance providers?

 Pro Med Billing will compare all your fees with BCBSM to make sure that you are not getting underpaid for your  services.

 Who Does A Patient Call With Billing Questions?

 All patients call our toll free number, 800-PROMED-0, with any questions that they may have regarding their  claims or statements. Questions are answered courteously, and every effort is made to settle the claim.  Patient  support is always important to us.

 When Are Claims Submitted For Payment?

 Claims are submitted every morning, 5 days a week. The only exception to this is on holidays and weekends.

 Is My Data Protected From Deletion?

 Yes, your data is saved on multiple hard drives at our office. Your data is also backed up daily on tape and  taken offsite to a secure location.

 When I Call Will I Speak With A Real Person?

 Yes, our phone system is set up so you will always be directed to your medical biller who is ready to assist you  in any way possible.
